The process was very straightforward and the sales agent I dealt with, Mr. Alens Constant, was a true professional, courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable. Factually, I ended up buying the car he recommended and I am very satisfied. Additionally, David, the finance agent, was also courteous and explained everything. Excellent customer service! Took care of everything that needed to be done for me to return 2020 leased car and lease a new 2022 car. I showed up and they had everything ready for me. Great deal and great service!

We dealt with Patrick and Marcus and had a fantastic experience. We found the vehicle we were looking for and it was the best deal we could find. They were very responsive, held the vehicle and took care of everything once we arrived. They respected and adhered to the timelines we needed. By that afternoon we drove away in our new vehicle, and they had filled the tank completely and had another key programmed for our convenience. We only deal in Toyotas and hope to work with Wellesley Toyota in the future.

I saw the truck I wanted to look at online, called and spoke with a salesman named Alens, went down and it was waiting out front. Everything was as advertised. I took it for a test drive, Alens answered any questions I had, I told him I'd let him know and left, after looking at a few others I came back and got the truck. Never had any pressure. The staff at this dealership were friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. They helped to find us the car that best suited our needs. Even in the time of COVID, the buying process was smooth. At no point did we feel pressured into something and it was a pleasure working with John Imparato. Would recommend this dealership!

A few months ago I needed to replace my previous car, and Wellesley Toyota listed a 2017 Corolla that looked like what I needed. I went to look at it, took it for a test drive, and bought it. The whole experience wasn't just bearable. It was actually pleasant. Everyone I dealt with was personable, accommodating, and thoroughly professional.
