Jim Coughlin has been my service advisor for a year now. A true professional. He is extremely knowledgeable, sensitive to your needs, friendly and has helped me out repeatedly, never taking advantage. He is a tremendous credit to the dealer and I wish there were more people like him at other dealers I have been to. Let’s start with the positives: Pros: Jim in Service was outstanding—informative, helpful, and someone I truly trust.
