Mark was on-the-level, responsive and straightforward. No hard sell on anything, no fast talking or bait-and-switch. Was knowledgeable about the car we were buying, and delivered in the timeframe expected. This is not a fun time to be buying a car, but Mark was the most pleasant car salesmen I've ever worked with.
