John went above and beyond for me! I had driven a few cars with him but was looking for something particular. John called me when he thought the used car I would be a match for arrived. And it was exactly what I wanted. He had truly taken the time to listen to me not typical in sales! I expect to keep this car for awhile but when I need a new one I will definitely go back to John .

Mark was on-the-level, responsive and straightforward. No hard sell on anything, no fast talking or bait-and-switch. Was knowledgeable about the car we were buying, and delivered in the timeframe expected. This is not a fun time to be buying a car, but Mark was the most pleasant car salesmen I've ever worked with. Definitely recommend working with him.
