John went above and beyond for me! I had driven a few cars with him but was looking for something particular. John called me when he thought the used car I would be a match for arrived. And it was exactly what I wanted. He had truly taken the time to listen to me not typical in sales! I expect to keep this car for awhile but when I need a new one I will definitely go back to John .
