Wellesley Toyota has been our dealership for car purchases and service for almost 15 years, and we have always been pleased with both the customer service and the work. A few weeks ago, we purchased a Prius, and Mark Welcome was our contact person. It was a pleasure to work with him and the entire deal and transaction went very smoothly. We will definitely continue to use Wellesley Toyota in the years to come.

Wellesley Toyota was amazing to work with! Mark was super helpful in my search for a new 4Runner. He was able ti secure a car for me a lot sooner than expected and had communication thought out the entire process! Overall the experience was amazing and would definitely buy another vehicle from here and recommend it to anyone looking for a new or used car! Best part is they are not charging markups like other dealers!

I was sad when after 21 years and 230,000 miles I decided to retire my trusty 2001 manual transmission RAV4. Then, I met Mark at Wellesley Toyota. He made the transition to the 2022 RAV4 seamless and easy. Thank you, Mark!

I needed a new vehicle after my car was totalled in February. I decided on a Rav4 Hybrid after lots of research. Mark was amazing and walked me through all of the options and was transparent about the process of buying a new vehicle with the current supply demands. He kept me up to date on when to expect my vehicle and was great with communicating with me regularly. The finance office was amazing as well and really broke everything down so that it was easy to understand. Hopefully I won't be needed another car any time soon ... read more

Mark Welcome and Wellesley Toyota were a pleasure to do business with. Mark was accommodating, knowledgeable, honest, and fair. He made himself easily accessible and was responsive. In searching for a car during the pandemic many dealerships would not allow us to order ahead (we did not want delivery earlier than May when we shopped in February). Wellesley did. We worked with Mark who was informative, NOT hard sell, helpful, patient, detail oriented about important but annoying paperwork matters, and a welcome (!) relief from the all-too-often accurate stereotypes of hard-sell sleazy car salespersons.
