Very pleasant and easy experience buying a used Rav4 Hybrid at Wellesley Toyota. Marcus helped us out a lot and was knowledgable & helpful, but not pushy. Same for all the other employees we spoke to. The price was competitive, better than a couple other Toyota dealerships we had gone to. Would recommend.

Very straightforward process purchasing from Wellesley Toyota. I got put on a waitlist for allocation on a Rav4 prime and got lucky with a quick turnaround. No dealer markup (advantage over other Toyota dealers), very friendly staff. Mark was helpful and quick to answer any questions I had throughout the process.

The process was very straightforward and the sales agent I dealt with, Mr. Alens Constant, was a true professional, courteous, respectful, and knowledgeable. Factually, I ended up buying the car he recommended and I am very satisfied. Additionally, David, the finance agent, was also courteous and explained everything. We dealt with Patrick and Marcus and had a fantastic experience. We found the vehicle we were looking for and it was the best deal we could find. They were very responsive, held the vehicle and took care of everything once we arrived. They respected and adhered to the timelines we needed. By that afternoon we drove away in our new vehicle, and they had filled the tank completely and had another key programmed for our convenience. We only deal in Toyotas and hope to work with Wellesley Toyota in the future.

I saw the truck I wanted to look at online, called and spoke with a salesman named Alens, went down and it was waiting out front. Everything was as advertised. I took it for a test drive, Alens answered any questions I had, I told him I'd let him know and left, after looking at a few others I came back and got the truck. Never had any pressure.
