When I think of top tier customer service, I think of Trung and Wellesley Toyota. I usually dread dealing with pushy car salesman but Trung made the whole experience so much easier! The Dealership was clean and comfortable. The staff I came across were polite and friendly. The cleaning lady was even polite and friendly and respectfully greeted me as she went about her duties

Very helpful. Everybody was very nice and made my life easy. I was in and out.
Great service from the advisor Fernando. Bad service for the attendants waiting to connect me with the advisor. As I am waiting in lane one in my car, the attendants were sitting looking at me without any acknowledgment of me as they were laughing, talking and taking selfies on one young lady’s phone.
