Today Tony Pereira in the service dept gave us an instructional hour long description of all the buttons in our new RAV 4 XEL. We bought the new RAV elsewhere but had never received much information on any of the buttons, Toyota app had not been set up. Thank you to Tony for calling me back, making an appointment for us and taking the time to explain things to us. There were buttons I didn't even know we had!
