Been working with Mike for a long time. He is very knowledgeable and makes sure I am aware of the service needed, time frame to get it done and cost. He remembers his customers and is pleasant to talk with.

VERY DISAPPOINTED! ! Not in the quality of the service done but the timeframe in which it took. I scheduled my appointed for 9:45 am and dropped vehicle off a few minutes before, was going to wait to service to be done, but was able to get a ride home. I asked before leaving how long will it take (inspection & oil change) was told a couple hours so I could tell my ride when I'd need a ride back.
