From the initial outreach I had a very positive experience with Wellesley Toyota, specifically Marcus D. John was extremely helpful in helping me lock down a RAV4 Hybrid Limited at MSRP. No funny business, or trying to sell me on any add ons - he was extremely straightforward and very courteous. I contacted him primarily through email and phone, for about two weeks while I waited for a RAV4 to be delivered. I needed to register my car in another state due to MA temp plate laws and I was given all the requisite documentation I needed and the entire process was extremely easy. Seriously A+.

The Toyota dealership in Wellesley communicated with me frequently enough that I was able to take care of what was needed to take car. I only wished I had known that registering the car under my name only would force me to take a new line of insurance and leave my previous one

As soon as I walked into Wellesley I waved to Nathan and pointed at a car on the showroom floor, I told him, “this one, I want this one”. Less than a week later I drove it home. Nathan was personable, humorous, knowledgable and understanding. It’s a tough time for dealerships, but Nathan was great to work with and made it a memorable experience for sure.
