I am not happy with your service. I was quoted a price and charged more money because of fees not disclosed to me. This is not the way to do business. Also, the fact of being charged 15 dollars for using a charge card is outrageous. I felt trapped into paying a fee that I did not budget for. I was looking to buy a car for my daughter while I was there, but I will go to Massapequa toyota instead. Their reviews are much better than yours. You should look at how bad your reviews are.

Sales process very customer focused, no pressure, salesman noted desired vehicle and let me know when one became available. All through delivery, was kept updated. Very smooth. Service receptionist could use some customer facing skills training, but everyone else has been wonderful.

First service experience was a great one. Comfortable waiting area, ready when promised. Daniel answered all my questions, I was definitely not treated like a number.

This is my first time owning a Toyota. I bought a 2021 Toyota Tundra crewmax which I absolutely love in Kansas. We are military so we moved across the country to New Jersey shortly after we purchased the truck. The truck had an ongoing unresolved issue. Princeton Toyota patiently tried to fix it a few different ways. After a couple fixes they realized it was stemming from a larger issue. They never just tried to brush me off. Please avoid the services dept at this dealership! ! They are fraudulent and deceitful! We called them requesting a back battery for our Toyota where we were quoted only $378. They then went in and installed a hyrbid battery that we did not need for $5500. Our car is from 2012 and the battery is worth more than our car! They are now refusing to give us a refund. It seems that they are just money hungry and don’t care about their customers.

I enjoy coming here,. I feel my car gets great care. If I had to say anything negative I would have to say I was there for over 2 hours. That seemed a little bit long. But I feel it is worth it. They do a GREAT JOB! Thank you BASIL!
