Pressure-free and straight forward buying experience with my Rav4 Prime. It did require patience with Toyota allocation / supply chain problems. Mark kept me updated and his delivery time estimate was accurate. Dealership's pricing policy is fair. This place definitely has my preference for future business over another much-closer Toyota dealership.

I truly do not rate any products or people, but I will make an exception this once and the reason is because Mark and the dealership made me fell Welcomed without judgement.
