Employees need improvement in communication, professionalism, and decorum. They come across unfriendly and unkempt. It’s challenging to appreciate the mechanical service when you’re not sure if it’s matched with the lack of courtesy experienced just getting your car keys to scheduled advisor - no name plates seen from the outward bay.

Overall, the experience at the beginning should make the customer feel comfortable and confident that their car is in the best hands. That what you see or what is very observable pales in comparison to the service that is being provided behind the scenes. I got my vehicle back with needing to put my seat all the way back up from a large person with the AC on blast. Disappointing.
In and out for a regular oil change and tire rotation in less than 30 minutes.
My wife and I had purchased a Camry in 2008, and it served us well. It was time for another. We knew mostly what we wanted, but Alex was able to steer us to just the right combination of accessories for our needs.
