Mark was super helpful finding us a RAV4 quickly despite such a high car shortage. We really appreciate all the work that went into our new car journey. Marcus Mason provided a pleasant experience, without the usual dealer pressure on the customer. After test driving, he was very thorough with explaining the entire purchase process, including timeline of availability, financing, trade value, and clarification of vehicle features at pick-up. Also, David VanAllen was extremely helpful with follow-up to lack of communication by the institution providing financing.
