DARRIAN DEJESUS at Lia went out of his way to help me to get the car that Ireally wanted. He explained the tech involved ln my Camry hybrid so I could understand its merits and how to operate it easily. For a 78 year old minimaly tech savvy guy that means a lot!.Very pleased with my Lia experience!

Disappointing Customer Experience at Toyota Palo Alto Sharing my experience below: Try to avoid this dealer for service. If there is no other option, don't expect even basic things. Alex was able to help me get into a 2024 Camry with ease! I drive many miles and he has helped me take care of the maintenance and set up appointments. I’m already looking at a new car for my fiancé hopefully a Grand Highlander. The service department Also does a great job! I worked with a new advisor Eddie, and I was more than grateful for the things he recommended me. Will be coming back to get 3 tires and the 4th for a 1$
