The sales and service staff are all helpful and friendly. I have bought at least 10 cars from them over the decades and have used their service department dozens of times. I have only been disappointed in one person. I emailed the dealership several times, and each time all Chelsie Alvarez did was to tell me that the car I was interested in wasn't available. Pressure-free and straight forward buying experience with my Rav4 Prime. It did require patience with Toyota allocation / supply chain problems. Mark kept me updated and his delivery time estimate was accurate. Dealership's pricing policy is fair. This place definitely has my preference for future business over another much-closer Toyota dealership.
