The sales and service staff are all helpful and friendly. I have bought at least 10 cars from them over the decades and have used their service department dozens of times. I have only been disappointed in one person. I emailed the dealership several times, and each time all Chelsie Alvarez did was to tell me that the car I was interested in wasn't available.
