The work of those like John Lombardi has been great. In Terms of the dealership as a whole….we got better pricing elsewhere and the wait time for inspection is pretty long.

I like the vehicle I purchased. The salesperson was very helpful. But overall the dealership was not transparent about the price of the vehicle.

I dealt with Matt and Taylor both. This is my second new Highlander I have bought in Waterville. They are both very friendly, nice and very knowledgeable. I would definitely go back there again.
I Gary Coleman have been buying new and used cars,motorcycles,boats for 62 years and have never been upset and frustrated with any Dealer in my life.The dealer gave false information and promises that I would only expect from a second hand dealer.
