I recently purchased a used car from Toyota of Stamford. While the sales process itself was fairly smooth, I was disappointed with how a small but important part of the experience was handled. When I picked up my car, it had not been washed or detailed, which I found surprising. The salesperson told me to "just bring it back when you can" to get it cleaned.
