Basil Toyota continues to amaze me. Jamie Branch and the service team are outstanding. They are kind, courteous, efficient and go above /beyond. I had an issue with my power window Tuesday evening, made an appointment for Wednesday morning 7:00 a.m.. The team took my vehicle in diagnosed. The problem also found another problem + head me back up and running by 4:00 p.m. that day. Couldn't ask for better service.
My agent Brian Tulla was very patient with this 79 year old lady & explained the services my car required. I feel confident my car was in good hands. Thank you Brian.

I didn’t have an appointment it I was taken care of in a matter of minutes. It was a simple oil change and tire rotation but I wasn’t upsold or hassled. It was a great experience.
