Hello, I have been coming to this Toyota business for over 31 years and just bought my 4 th vehicle on May 30th. I have always been impressed by your friendly attitude and knowledge of the cars. Special Thank you to Josh the sales person. He really was very thorough and explained everything to me. Made buying my SUV easier than I thought plus I was very nervous and sad to let my Camry go. Problem: Dealership lowballs DMV fees at purchase, later demands more money. They lowballed my DMV registration fee at just $15 (no mention of "estimate") during purchase. Weeks later, they sent an alarming letter demanding an additional $490, claiming an internal “coding error” switched it from a transfer to a new registration. Classic bait-and-switch tactic to squeeze extra money from customers after the deal is signed. Save yourself the headache and buy somewhere else!
