Price gouging well above MSRP. Refuses to make a deal happen. Called a few times to try and get them to reconsider with no luck.

Love my new Highlander XSE ! The buying process was smooth and pressure free. Nathan the salesman was extremely helpful and thorough, his professionalism made my car buying experience went so well and relax. Wish more dealership can hire people like him.

They do a nice job at Wellesley Toyota. Nice group of employees. Needless to say, they reflect the clients they serve in that area. It's always pleasant in there, relaxed, not like you'd get in any ordinary dealership. Not only do you get premium and polite service, but when I buy cars from them, I still shop prices around and Wellesley always gives the best, cleanest and fair deals. Wow. Just WOW. There are three things for sure in this world. Death, taxes, and a perfect buying experience from John Imparato. He was clear, concise, and even offered me a glass of water in between test drives of every Prius trim. Most importantly, he remembered my dogs name, Big Brady. I will certainly be coming back for another car and sending any of my friends who are in the market to him as well. A++ people. I may not be buying a Rolls Royce or Ferrari, but he sure made it feel like it!
