Mark Welcome is not welcoming at all. He judged buyers and communicated with lack of transparency is really disappointing. Choose other dealers from Toyota Wellesley if you could.
We were taken in right away and they did what they had to do in reasonable time
I’ve been buying cars from the Wellesley Toyota dealership since 1986. I return to them again and again because of the TLC they give me each time I buy or lease a car. I trust them 100% and all these years they have never let me down in service or sales. Wellesley Toyota is my BFF! I just purchased a new 2025 Toyota Corolla. The process was as smooth as silk. My Sales rep Anastacia took the time to listen too my wants and followed thru keeping me up to date on my build, she did fantastic job, She took the time to explain the new technologies and answering my questions definitely a 10 + rating
Entered online request to test drive a vehicle and was texted by representative to confirm desired appointment time. After confirming with them a different sales consultant Robert Tavares calls us sharing he will be the one to meet us for the appointment. We think great news, however, Robert also tells us he and his manager do not want us to test drive the vehicle until we “run numbers first.” We are shocked and clarify that we in no way can test drive the vehicle until we sit and run numbers. There was no pressure to buy. Paulo Figueiredo was able to show me the car I was interested in even though it was already sold so I could determine whether this car was the one I had only seen in Consumers Report.
