bad sales staff. I asked to see a 4runner. they showed 1 used 4runner but couldn't test drive it. sales rep implied a highlander is a 4runner with a third row - really?? he didn't discuss the lexus gx, and didn't have a sequoia on the lot. not a knowledgeable staff or dealer with new inventory - avoid for sales on new vehicles - they seem oriented to selling used cars. not knowledgeable on toyota cars - how do you work at toyota selling cars and not know about the GX??
Everyone at the dealership was friendly, efficient, accommodating and demonstrated good communication. Even the coffee was good!
