I worker with John on the purchase of a new Highlander. I had some constraints on the timing of my purchase which made it difficult to get the transaction completed within the timeframe of an important Toyota rebate. John and others worked out and implemented a plan to make it work out, including timely installation of important accessories and delivery of the new vehicle at a location over 100 miles from the dealership. I'm very pleased with the new vehicle and the service by John and the sales team.

I purchased the first Rav4 Prime from Wellesley Toyota. From start to finish, the service, care, pricing and education about the vehicle was top notch! Andrew Lee was my Sales Consultant and he was fabulous! I will continue to shop at Wellesley Toyota for all my future car purchases and service needs. The best experience I have had at any dealership across the US.

Nathan was the most respectful and professional car sales person that I have ever met. I have bought several used and new cars over the years from some pretty low life car sales people. Nathan broke the mold with his professionalism and no haggle style. I would higher recommend him and the team at Wellesley Toyota if you are looking to purchase a new or used car. I’m glad I did

Marcus was incredibly helpful, professional, and personable. He was very accommodating when I called on short notice asking to test drive a couple of used cars. When I decided to purchase a car, he made the effort to check-in throughout the process and answer any question I had. Highly recommend Marcus as a sales consultant as well as this dealership.

Horrible service. BUYER BEWARE. I tried to return my lease but basically got blackmailed if I didn’t lease another vehicle with them. They told me they could be much more “lenient” with my car return if I was re-leasing with your dealership, and if not, it’s going to cost me a lot of money. I returned my lease to the Toyota dealership I originally bought it from with no problems whatsoever (the main reason I tried going to Wellesley in the first place is that it’s more convenient for me).
