I have worked with John a few times and although I have not purchased a car yet he has helped me with any questions I have had. He has a very positive attitude and I will continue to contact John with any questions or purchases when it comes to vehicles.

not your normal car buying experience Is it just Toyota Wellesley or has something radically happened in the car buying business? Is it due to Covid or is it just the new normal. Friendly, gentle, accommodating, enjoyable, patient, open and transparent - all things who dont normally expect from this industry. We already knew what car we wanted, and decided to try the Costco auto buying program which referred us to John. He was pleasant, very responsive, and easy to communicate with. He made our car buying process as quick and simple as buying groceries! The Costco program set the car price, but John managed to throw in a couple of extras and also went to bat for us on our trade-in (surprisingly generous)! We feel that we were treated very well, without having to work for it haha. Still in shock at how easy it was. Thank you!
