Beautiful car buying experience from start to finish. No hassle way to buy a car and sell my trade in. Both Nelson Pacheco and Rosa Walker were highly professional, personable, experienced and totally familiar with the Toyota product and available financing. Everything was fine the service was good. This was my first time using West Islip I transferred from Westbury since my move. I was surprised I did not receive a discount on all the work I had done. Westbury would have discounted the oil change at least
He did not have any information about the car I'm leasing. I gave all the information I had from lease last October 2023 a new Rav4 prime and the main reason I'm leasing instead of financing
They listen to what the customer wants. Process was done in professional and timely manor. Worked with salesman Jay who found car with the aspects I was looking for then paired me with Rosa from their financial team who got me a good rate in a time of high rates. Very pleased with the process there was no rush and long wait at DMV they handled that portion.
Paul was extremely helpful, friendly and patient with us. Enjoyed working with him! It was a great experience seeing that I haven't purchased a car in almost 17 years!!

Mark was great - he's very open, and you feel like you get to know him. We got a great car at a pretty good price, one which ended up being a perfect compromise for two people with different visions of what we wanted.
