They take a very long time. I took my car there for its first service, was there for hours. Finally left and my tire pressure light was on. I got home checked my tire pressure and had to fill my tires. The tire pressure light was still on, so I called them. I got a very rude receptionist on the phone, I explained my situation to her and her response was “So do you want to bring the car in?” In a really nasty tone. Very professional and friendly, the wait time is little be long! Beside that everything is good!
Perhaps if we treated our customers, new and old, as we would want those closest to us treated, things would be handled different. I had an oil change less than a week ago there. After the oil change I parked it in the garage and went to work 12 hours the next day. I came out to parking garage, I found breakage by gear shift, I called the service manager, took a picture and then brought it in to the dealership. I Love working with the service department . Mike Keehner always keeps me up-to-date on what recalls are due on my car and does them. He calls me and lets me know if anything else is needed and explains about the work . Toyota service is 100% better than all my poor dealings with Hyundai . I will definitely be sticking with Toyota!
