The team was awesome taking care of everything when mold was discovered in my car. They worked closely with my insurance carrier to make sure everything was covered.
Tim Keehner is an excellent support person. He is honest and reliable and has always done the right thing by me. I know I am in good hands when Tim is at the helm. Because of his great service, I only allow the Toyota Service Center to perform repairs and Maintenace on my Toyota RAV 4 Hybrid. Thank you All!

The car still makes noise. They don’t really fix the car and the noise is still annoying.
