leasing our Rav 4 was easy, we know what model trim level and color we wanted, The salesman was extremely helpful and courteous.
Lack of communication between employees. I lost 2 hrs of work driving there with something that they couldn't communicate to me by phone.

Tasha, took care of all my car needs and made sure I was comfortable and if I needed anything while I waited for my car to be fixed.
I arrived right at 8 AM for my appointment and they were ready for me. Check in was quick and easy and I waited in the lounge for my car. The only thing I had to pay for was my state inspection. Great job!
Every time I go, they make service quick and also easy to get appointments at this dealership
