Staff is friendly and to the point, but sometimes they'd wander off to do other tasks, which dragged the buying experience out. They also put a sticker advertising their dealership on the car (please don't put those stickers on sports cars). The finance department was better than I've experienced at any other dealership, which surprised me as financing is usually the worst part of the car buying experience. I definitely recommend checking them out.

Great low pressure approach generated trust. Closing paperwork rep was competent and low key, never felt any pressure. And sales rep Marcus DeOliveira was a superstar!! There was no tag team hard sell at all, kudos to the whole team. This was our second purchase from this dealership and we feel the 90 one way miles there was worth it. Let us know when the new Corolla Cross Hybrid Prime (plug in hybrid) comes on the market!!

Mark helped me purchase my first car and was super helpful throughout the entire process! From the very beginning, he was open and honest about pricing and features did not try to sell me extra things that I did not need. He was also very responsive to calls and texts which made the buying process so much easier!

Mark was on top of everything from the beginning. He always explained what he was going to do, and gave a very accurate estimate of when he would be done, whether it was going to get a different car for me to test drive or if it was going to check on facts or to get an answer to our questions that he didn't already know.
