I worked with Marcus at this dealership and he made the whole process of my trade-in from a 2013 XV to a 2021 Limited Venza so simple! I felt welcomed and was met with such a friendly staff. Additionally he ensured all my questions were addressed and even came to the dealership on his day off when I came to pick up the car. Our second time buying at this dealership and another home run. Everyone was over the top with service, but particularly John. He ran (often literally) to keep the process on track, and went WAY above and beyond. Bringing the car to our home for a test drive, or thoughtful touches like helping move our tool pass from the old car to the new without me asking. He is a national treasure and this dealership should try to replicate him! The whole team was great and we’ll be back for sure.
