John Imparato was not my salesman, but I wanted to share my positive experience with him nonetheless. On the day of me signing all my paperwork for my new Tacoma, John took time out of his busy day to show me around the truck and give me an in depth overview of the truck. My salesman was busy with another client, but John stepped right up and was able to answer and questions I had about the truck, and even shared some important quirks and features that the truck had with me.
