Don’t expect good service if your car you bought here is older than ten years old. I’ve been abandoned and told they can not fix my 16 year old Yaris. Asked on last service if my car needed anything for inspection. Needed tires. Ordered tires. On installing, car was deemed uninspectable and unrepairable. A bit dubious. Think Toyota does not want to work on their cars older than ten years old. Mine is a gem and has been well maintained. Don’t believe what they are telling me. I am not an idiot. I know cars.

First time bring my 04 Toyota Solara to a dealership. I am attached to my car. It has low miles and has treated me good for 7 years. This is still my first car and its just perfectly made for me. I was so pleased to have Michael Keehner as my service advisor. I told him that it runs well but its older and runs slightly rough which was making me worried. I’m posting to share our negative experience in dealing with Toyota of Dallas. We had not purchased a new car in almost 20 years. We finally made the decision and were so excited to buy our next dream car. That dream turned to a nightmare that has not yet ended, almost two month later. We were told that the vehicle we wanted was not available on the lot but was available elsewhere and that they could get it for us. We gave a $1000 deposit and was told it would take 2-3 weeks.
