They offer a $20 discount online but then Patricia Blank charged me extra made up charges that were not on my original receipt. I just won't go back because they are not being honest.

We buy all our cars from here and get them all serviced here. We have always been pleased by the high level of service. The sales department is always transparent and easy to deal with. The service department is always up front, efficient, and top notch. I would never consider going to another dealership. Toyota of Dallas is my go-to!

I had a few issues: I had asked for an oil change and tire rotation. When I got home and checked my invoice, no tire rotation was performed as requested only the oil change.
