Had a great experience purchasing a new vehicle from here, w/ salesman John I. We had done most of the research and knew what we wanted, so process was fairly seamless. I recently bought a 2017 Toyota Sienna through TruCar and had an awesome experience! Alens was a great, helpful salesperson! He was patient with my many questions and never pressured me into the purchase. The van was found to have improperly working third row seats, which were promised to be fixed when parts arrived. We started our car search at Wellesley Toyota because we have been doing business with them since we bought our 2006 Camry, and our experience has been good. Nathan Ingram focused in on my expectations in what I wanted in a used Camry. He is a great listener, a thorough, kind and patient person of integrity.
