Everything went well and smooth and i already have my next appointment set up for November.
The car I purchased, on day 1 had a defect with the touch screen. I brought it to the service center for repairs and it still has not been fixed. This is a terrible experience for purchasing a new car.
Mike is i think amazing service advisor. He's not only extremely acknowledgeable extremely helpful.
Service advisor was friendly and courteous and explained suggested recommendations carefully and simply.I would recommend him highly.
Clean. Did not purchase from this dealership but will consider it in the future. Service covered under Toyota Care is excellent especially receiving service from Micheal Keehner who I have been seeing already four times. Very impressed with the service provided. The real test is the service out of warranty which I have not yet experienced since this is my first Toyota. I have been a loyal Honda buyer. This is a company car and so far am impressed. We”ll see what happens.
Tasha my service advisor went above and beyond to help me.She's knowledgeable very friendly and explains the all process to me.
An area you should address is giving accurate time estimates. I babysit my grandson and was tole i'd be out by 12. Needless to say I was there until 1:15 and had to get an emergency babysitter. I don't need the stress.
Overall good service. Wish waiting time was less than two hours. There are no complimentary bagels, cookies, snacks, or water.
