My September 3rd service appointment began with my service advisor Jim Coughlin reviewing with me the suggested scheduled of maintenance for my vehicle along with my concerns.of what I wanted checked. While I was waiting Jim sent me a video of the issues discovered during the maintenance process which I felt was very helpful understanding and seeing why the suggested maintenance should be completed.
