Everything took longer than we were led to believe. No great bonuses offered. Car came earlier than expected. That was good.
I made a offer on one of there vehicals, they called me back and accepted my offer. The next day I had my credit union call them to setup the information for my loan. After several hours of not hearing from the dealership, they finally called and said they could not sell me the car for the agreed price because they would loose money. I spoke with Thomas Bruce and ask him if he was going to keep his word and sell me the car for the agreed price and he said I'm not going to loose money. Very accommodating and always polite car was serviced no problem and on time dealer always a pleasure
My complaint is with retail parts dept. I have called numerous times over a period of months. Dept. always too busy to answer phone. Decided to try staying on hold, maybe someone would eventually answer. They never picked up phone and I was automatically disconnected. Is anyone supervising this dept.? Do they not want to work? Do they care about providing service?
I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a seamless car-buying or service experience.

Radio was to loud. Could not hear when on the phone. Everything thing else was fine.
My husband and I bought our Rav 4 with Bob’s help. We cannot thank Bob enough for his help, made the experience less daunting. He was very pleasant, easy to talk too made us both feel comfortable. Thank you Bob for everything. 😊
