Mark was great! Mark provided excellent and timely service all around. My lease termination, with the initiation of a new 3-year deal, was handled very smoothly... all in the middle of the pandemic. Highly recommended!

Bought a car during COVID- better than expected! Worked with Alens to buy a car during COVID. Things were well handled- most things were sorted out over the phone, went into the dealership once, and was delivered the car. Car was brought to me for a test drive too. Really appreciated that :)

Not the greatest communication between different staff members but overall I was very satisfied with the sales service for my new RAV4. did well with COVID precautions.
