The service was good, I was there for routine maintenance and it was as expected. They didn’t try to sell me on any extras. This was my first time coming to this Toyota dealership, we moved and my old one is a lot further away. It is a busy location, so prepare to wait. I waited twice as long as I did at the other Toyota dealership. I also had my 2 kids with me. The “children’s room” is disgusting, so avoid that. I was there in the morning and there was crackers on the floor, stains on the carpet and the table looked like it... read more
