very unhappy with their customer service. I purchased a $1000 mattress on August 28 i have yet to recieve. 1st I drove 20 miles to pick up just to be told tht the mattress was sent back due to damage..yet no one called..then I could not get a refund bc they didn't have enough cash for a cash refund...they tired to smooth it over by offering me a measley $50 gift card and free delivery....now here I am the day before delivery and I get a call saying my mattress is on back order until the Middle of october... and i won't be ab... read more

The sales persons were so helpful and I felt went extra to help me. I did make a purchase , a very nice, comfortable rocker recliner. Thank you for helping me!
This was the first time I had shopped in this store and I was so glad that I did. I needed to get done chairs for my mom who is moving here at the end of the month. A salesman named Doug I believe helped us and was so wonderful. Thank you for making this a smooth process. I have not picked them up yet but am looking for it to be as smooth as this was. I would definitely recommend you .
