Miss guided information on stock of another store.. calling customer service is a complete nightmare On the other hand fast friendly service sales people are very on top of things that have no control over incoming stock.. load times however today was an hour and a half to two hours so I canceled the order.😡
Good selection but sometimes the problem is pickup it took over an hour today. Just to pick up a single item. I know they probably don't have that big of staff but u would think they try and get some more. Just an observation. Otherwise have bought multiple items from them.

Purchasing was no hassle and very easy, the sales associate, Maria, was extremely helpful and polite. We had a great time purchasing furniture; there was an excellent selection and we are very happy with our purchase.

Overall good value and experience. I had to go to two stores but that is ok as we chose a floor model for night tables. Price was good but the pick up service lacked. The first store was fine but the second took way t long as I could have taken the small floor model out and saved self 1.5 hours.

Will never shop there again! Purchased items on December 11th to be picked up on 1-1-21. Got there to pick up, only part of order was there. First was told it was on back order, thenWas told I could drive to Missouri to pick up item. . I asked for it to be sent to FV store. They said it would take a week. Manager Teri told me she would personally track the order and call me when it arrived. Called the next Friday, was again told item wasn’t there. Told Teri this was unacceptable and she needed to find a way to get that item ... read more
