Ordered two bookshelf/display cabinets online for store pickup. Went today for pick up at Fairview Heights store. We waited over 3 1/2 hours to pickup. Got home and started to unbox one cabinet, first thing I saw was cracked wood. So now I’m guessing I get to go through the whole fiasco again just to return the damaged merchandise. Order from Wayfair or Ashley and just have it delivered.

Waited 4 almost 5 hours for this bed frame. One of the hours was at the loading port which doesnt make any sense. You guys need a better system when it comes to this especially around the holiday time. Will not be back there.

We waited for almost 2 hours just to pickup a table and chairs. Very disorganized. There were many cars in line and alot of very unhappy customers.
