It had just what I had in mind without the expensive price
Terrible customer service! My wife and I came in to buy a dining set, a credenza, a daybed, and a mattress and we received no assistance at all. The story was empty (6:30pm on a Sunday) and we were completely ignored the entire time. Associates actively avoided us for roughly 30 minutes until another couple in a similar situation flagged one down to express their mutual displeasure. went in last month to purchase a sectional which they were sold out. They told us it would be in stock OCT 6 and we signed up for an email. we searched today for the piece it was in stop said we could by the showroom model and take it home today. The salesman Doug told us the website was outdated AS WE SAT IN THE PIECE IN THE SHOWROOM. He then spoke to his manager Tony who did not come over and talk to us instead told Doug to refuse selling it to use because they do not sell showroom items. Had a mattress delivered this morning and the driver clipped a cable wire over the neighbors driveway so I called customer service to report it and was on hold for a hour and a half before someone finally picked up! The agent did not take my number and barely listened to my story and said she would have someone call me back, I don’t see that happening. I tried calling the store and you only can leave a message. Customer service is not their first priority.
