I bought a bed 8/9/20. My transaction was handled with no warning about the crazy line waiting to pick up at the warehouse door. I sat in line for 2 hours in the summer sun. once home, my packaging was missing 2 of 4 metal legs and had no instructions. Called the store, no answer. Called the national Customer Service number, no answer. I emailed and left a voice message. I went into your store on a Sunday afternoon to look at furniture which I found two pieces one was damaged the other one was not from the front view of it I was told I could come back that evening because I didn’t have my truck to pick it up which I drove 30 miles to do that after I got there they weren’t gonna let me have it till the following Friday.
