Ridiculous line to pickup a mattress! What a waste of time. Wait time for pickup is hours! We returned before picking up!

Very easy to work with. Not overbearing or pushy when it came to sales.
Employees standing around talking to each other ignoring customers. When I said something, they made excuses. Then the girl didn’t act like she didn’t care to help. I wanted a brown night stand, she wrote down the number for black. Picked it up the following day and discovered when we got home that it was black. We took it back and I asked for the manager. It took 20 minutes for them to find a manager that would talk to us. . We felt like nobody wanted to help us. Will not ever go back
Cherriyan was great ! Very very helpful and got me exactly what I wanted within my budget easily! She is fantastic if you ever go ask for her! She deserves it 😀
Love the hospitality of the store associates and the choice of furniture.
I completed an online credit application and was approved quickly.So I screen shot photos of what I wanted.The next day I went into the store showed my photos and was in and out in a out 30 minutes.
