weekends only sells warranty that they don't back my dog scratch up my couch and they told me they will not cover because from the picture it looked like wear and tear yet the GM of the Fairview heights location told me that I my claim she felt shouldn't been denied and gave me the weekends only warranty department they told me the same thing yet it's been 8 months and my couch still looks the same. Love how they don't hover all around you when you come in. I took my time and decided what I wanted, then asked an associate for help. Check out was fast. Ordered Sunday evening and will pick up Friday morning. I truly recommend this store.
