Love there furniture.. had Bad experience this time because we were paying cash at least 6 people were waited on in front of ... the girls said they didn’t have a cash drawer only one did ... cash should always be priority waited at least 30 min.
Drove 1.5 hours to purchase a couple items only to be told the items weren’t in stock but I could drive another hour to their warehouse and pick it up or I could spend the night on my dime and get them them the next day. Most likely my last purchase here. Im a small business owner and I try to buy brick and mortar instead of online but local retailers like this make it very hard when their service is lousy. made a purchase of $2,204.04 on April 14th. Delivery date was April 28th. I didn't receive the actual couch cushions, not accent pillows, the actual cushions. I took off work on May 12th for them to deliver cushions so I could use my furniture. guess what, missing cushions again. it's now May 21st and I have yet to hear back from them.
