The young Lady DW was awesome in the Fairview Store !!!
Just purchased a couch, side chair, entertainment center and coffee table and the customer service and sales was great. However the pick up is a problem. So many things could be done to make this go smoother!!! Also employees standing around that could help make it go faster.
My child’s bed came with cracked boards.
i had issues with an online order, and Heidi and the manager were amazingly patient, in fixing it. They were really nice, and genuinely cared to make sure everything was 100% correct before I was done. I had the pleasure of speaking with a couple associates while looking around also, and they were extremely nice and polite. Good job Fairview heights for having an awesome team.
Staff was attentive and helpful.
It took forever for an associate to even help us. Then we stood in line for 30min to pay. Then drove 45min to a warehouse to pick up and sat in line for two hours... for a couch! Never again. We drove 2 hours to shop and wish I would have bought from amazon or wayfair. This is a joke.
It was very busy but when they did get to me they were very helpful and very nice :-). Could use at least 1-2 More employees on Friday evening. These poor employees had way too many people wanting them to do orders. And it wasn’t their fault. They needed more help :-). Oh the furniture we purchased was very well made at a super great price. So worth the wait :-)
2 of the 6 checkout lanes open. Literally only two so it took a long time in line. Lots of managers standing around up front though which was frustrating. The line out back was a two hour wait so we just left and came back. Love the prices but two cashiers and so many people wanting to pay it was a shame
