My husband and I purchased a chair in the store which of course we could not pick up the same day. Therefore we had to come back, on our only day off, the following Sunday, and wasted over an hour in line just to pick up the chair. Once we actually got up to the workers, it took another 20 minutes to get it from the warehouse. We then went inside to get two things and stood in line for another 15 minutes just to pay.
