Quality of furniture. We bought a living room set before this and quality was horrible
Just waited 90 minutes to pick up one piece of furniture purchased last weekend. Hard to believe it would take this long if they had an efficient system in place.

I bought a sectional and Beverly and Nick helped me through the store to make my purchase. They were great to work with and helped us find the perfect sectional!
Went in to buy 2 dining chairs. I had looked online first and just wanted to compare a couple for comfort. Was helped right away, purchased and around to pickup. Gentleman who brought it out to my car gave me some hints about putting them together. Quick transaction, quality furniture, great people!
I found exactly what I wanted and the transaction went very smoothly. The loading of the cars was the longest part of the whole thing. But they were busy.
