Raquel provided us with an awesome experience when selecting our new mattress and adjustable base. She listened to our preferences and offered us options to try that met ALL our needs. She was patient and her knowledge and expertise made our experience even more satisfying. I had a great sales person named Racquel who was VERY helpful and patient with me. I’m a picky and indecisive person so picking something that tickled my fancy is usually difficult. But with her help I was able to make a decision confidently and quickly. Thanks Racquel!!
Everything went well until what the salesman promised and what the front counter said they could do was two different scenarios ... delivery date got changed from a promised Tuesday to a Friday... setup went from the delivery setting up to they won’t do setup... complete contradictions
