I was very pleased with the service I received at the Fairview Heights IL store. Jay was very helpful on answering all my questions & giving me input on what he thought. If I need anything else I will definitely go back.

went in last weekend nothing was in stock finally found a chair that was only about a week wait get my chair home tonight and the top half of my chair is ripped and broken wood sticking our everywhere 🤦🏽♀️ im so upset.

In store shopping was great but to get your items was a horrible wait. So to deal with this waiting I’ll prefer Ashley’s or any other furniture store.

The customer service at the store was “ok”.. purchased furniture for our living room and had it delivered and was told they would take our old couches and they refused to do so even after me showing it stating on the website and in our email. One delivery guy was decent and the other one wasn’t. The other one literally had me steaming and that doesn’t happen easily.
