RecommendedInside sales was awesome. The wait for pickup was brutal. Waited for over an hour with not a big line. Just really slow.
Great help inside with both finding what I was looking for and customer service desk. The wait for pick up was less than speedy though.
would not price match an item with Ashley furniture over $20. I ended up buying it on Ashley furnitures website and even got free shipping. Also bought a floor model couch and had to wait on line for over an hour to pick it up curbside.
ordered and paid for 3 items that were available for same day pick up, waited over an hour to get into one of the pick up bays. After another hour of waiting, I was informed they couldn't find my order. After it was eventually found, they refused me one of my items because they promised it to a different order. I will not be back.
I have to say when we went last Sunday, we purchased 2 couches and the sales lady said we have plenty in stock, so we went up to pay the cashier asked us when we wanted to pick up, it was raining so we said Friday the 27th he said no problem. My husband and I went to pick up our order waiting 45 min for them to bring it to us and the warehouse manager came and said we don’t have this it’s on back order till March, I said why weren’t we told this on Sunday, I told her we were told they had plenty in stock. Pick up is ridiculous. 2 hr wait 😡
Our salesperson was Maria & she was awesome!!! We drug her all over the store looking at couches. We were probably there at least an hour or longer & she was great. Very helpful!!!
